On behalf of everyone at the school, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Lubavitch Junior Boys School.

Our website has recently been re-designed and updated in order to provide you with the latest news and events connected with the school, as well as information about various policies, practice and procedures.  We hope that it will give existing and prospective parents an insight into the day-to-day life of our school.

In April 2016, Ofsted judged the school as Inadequate and requiring ‘Special Measures’. Subsequently, the school received an order to convert to an academy to accelerate the process of raising standards and achievement.

The school is on a journey of improvement and I am committed to leading the school throughout that journey. We have made great strides in the last year and have made many improvements to the delivery of the National Curriculum.

The school recently received its second HMI monitoring inspection and inspectors judged the school 'to be taking effective action towards the removal of special measures.'  I was particularly delighted to read in the inspectors' comments that "Pupils are polite, considerate and friendly to each other and staff. They told inspectors that they all get on well together because everyone ‘follows the rules for being sensible’.

The school and its leaders are committed to ensuring that our pupils receive the highest standards of education in both their Kodesh and National Curriculum education.

If you have any further questions or would like to see the warmth and vibrant atmosphere of our school for yourselves, please make an appointment through the school office.
